A Sense of Community Through Serving and Growing Together

Who We Are

The Palo Alto Students Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization established in summer 2020 by Yutong (Michelle) Pan, a then rising sophomore from Palo Alto High School. It's now run by a group of students who share the same passion of serving our community.

What We Do

We provide volunteer services in education. Our activities include neighborhood book clubs, summer camps, tutoring and more. The Poetry Contests we host engage young writers from all around the San Francisco Bay Area. We motivate high school students to be camp leaders and teen speakers. Our charity event "Masters and Talents for Humanity" involves outstanding professionals and talented students. We have inspired adults to serve our students via career talks. The new scholarships program is designed for low income high school seniors. We also run school supply drives and donate them to schools in need. Our creative team works to initiate new community activities from time to time.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide services in education, build strong connections through learning and working together, and inspire everyone in the community to make a lasting impact.

We have been approved as an official Certifying Organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award
